Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged, defective, or not working as described

  • Wrong item received

  • Item does not match the description on our website

  • Package lost by the carrier

To process a refund:

  • You must request within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo/video proof

  • Provide order number or confirmation email

Non-refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • Wrong address provided by customer

  • Customer changed mind after receiving product

  • Product used or damaged by customer

  • Order older than 30 days

  • Clearance / Final sale items

  • Customer selected wrong variant / size

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, the order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refund processed in 5–7 business days

  • Returned to original payment method

  • Bank processing may add extra time

Replacement Policy

We provide free replacements for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Wrong items

  • Missing components

Most cases do not require returning the original item.

Lost or Missing Orders

If the carrier marks the package lost or tracking stops moving for 15+ days, we will issue:

  • A full refund or

  • A free replacement
